The chapel may be used by property owners and their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren for a $100, and a $100 refundable cleaning deposit.  All non-property owners would be required to pay a user fee of $250, plus a refundable cleaning deposit of $100.

In both of the above cases the users would be responsible for their own preparations and cleanup. Dripless candles only are allowed.  No food or liquid is allowed in the chapel. The piano and organ or choir pews can not be moved. 

The maximum number of people in the current chapel is 200.

When placing additional chairs in the chapel, place one line of chairs on the outside aisles (not down the center) and one or two rows may be added along the rear aisle.

ANY DAMAGE TO FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT MUST BE REPAID BY USERS.  Please leave the FICC/Chapel as nice if not better, than you found it.  Thank you.

The Rain fees for the chapel use is $100. This is a non-refundable fee. If the day of the wedding is rainy and the wedding party needs the chapel, the useage fees above apply, with the exception that the "rain-hold" deposit would now become the refundable cleaning deposit.
